Patient-held proof

Your vault

Every consent or medical-decision document is hashed and timestamped the moment you save it — so you can prove, to any provider, exactly what you agreed to and that it has not been altered. You own and carry the record.

Ledger integrity

?

What is the hash chain?

Each receipt commits to the one before it, forming an append-only ledger. If any saved record were secretly edited or reordered, the chain would break here. “Intact” means no silent edits were detected.

What do exports contain?

A manifest of records you already own — title, kind, save time, and the SHA-256 fingerprint. It never includes the document contents, so it's safe to hand to a provider as proof.
